By creating an account, connecting your Steam profile, or subscribing to any paid tier, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CSPump monitors publicly available CS2 (Counter-Strike 2) skin market data and detects unusual price movement patterns that may indicate coordinated buying activity ("pump" events). When such activity is detected on items you own or track, the Service sends you an alert notification.
THE ALERTS PROVIDED BY CSPUMP ARE PURELY INFORMATIONAL AND ADVISORY IN NATURE. THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
We are not a licensed financial advisor, investment firm, or broker. Nothing in the Service, its alerts, its communications, or its website should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
Market conditions can change within seconds. Even our Pro tier instant alerts may lag behind real-time market movements. We make no representation that any alert will be delivered in time for you to act, or that acting on an alert will result in a profitable outcome.
Any decision to sell, hold, purchase, or otherwise deal with CS2 skins or any other item based on information received from CSPump is made entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility or liability for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or other harm arising from your reliance on our alerts.
You should conduct your own research and exercise independent judgement before making any transaction. Past detection accuracy is not a guarantee of future performance.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
Access to Standard and Pro tiers requires a paid subscription, billed either monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will receive a reminder email before annual renewals. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date via your account settings.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance of any price change. If you do not cancel before the change takes effect, the new price will apply at your next renewal.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. By completing your subscription purchase and ticking the acknowledgement at checkout, you expressly request that the Service begins immediately and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the Service has commenced. This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You may register using Steam OpenID or by providing a public Steam inventory URL. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CSPump SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE.
The Service integrates with Valve's Steam platform. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Use of Steam is subject to Valve's own terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes Valve makes to its API, inventory system, or marketplace that affect the functionality of CSPump.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited use, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time via your account settings. Deletion removes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
